Hyun Soo Kim, OF, Baltimore Orioles

The Orioles will be at home tonight against Joe Kelly and the Red Sox. This creates an ideal situation for Baltimore lefties, as Camden is one of the best parks for lefties, while Joe Kelly struggles against left-handed hitters, allowing a career .329 wOBA with a 4.39 xFIP. Kelly has also been struggling to start this season, with a career-worst 4.55 SIERA and 15.7 percent walk rate through 5 games.

We don't have a big sample size to draw on for Hyun Soo Kim in the Majors, but he put together a terrific 2015 season in Korea, ranking 14th in the KBO in batting average, 4th in on-base percentage and 16th in slugging percentage. While his .408 wOBA to start this season is inflated by his unsustainable .415 BABIP, he has managed a 31.0 percent hard-hit rate with only a 13.8 percent strikeout rate, which is very encouraging.

Showing that kind of promise while being a lefty in Camden against Joe Kelly, Kim's low price tag makes him a very strong fantasy value tonight.
