Rookie pitcher Aaron Blair has made 10 starts this season for the Braves and has been absolutely brutal. He's sporting a 7.19 ERA, 5.87 SIERA, 12.6 percent strikeout rate, and 12.2 percent walk rate. He has been especially bad against left-handed hitters, allowing a .388 wOBA with a 6.16 xFIP, making this a terrific matchup for Michael Conforto.

Conforto has produced well from the plate in his first two seasons in the Majors and has been especially good against right-handed pitching, with a .267/.339/.527 slash, a .366 wOBA, and a .261 isolated slugging.

Despite his numbers being down a bit this season, he is still making excellent contact against righties, posting a 43.6 percent fly ball rate and 41.7 percent hard-hit rate, and he stands to give Blair a really hard time tonight.
