There are so many really good pitchers across baseball right now, but in terms of stuff and watchability, Danny Salazar is as fun as they come.

The dude is flat out filthy, at times, and his changeup, which boasts an incredible 25.5% swinging strike rate, is out of this world.


For the year, Salazar owns a sparkling 27.6% strikeout rate, the best mark of his career. On the other hand, his 10.8% walk rate is a career-worst mark, leading to an inflated -- albeit still good -- 3.84 SIERA.

Salazar is our second-ranked hurler for his road meeting with the Kansas City Royals. Kansas City ranks 18th in wOBA (.315), 27th in home runs (82) and last in walk rate (6.2%), making them an ideal matchup for Salazar.
