Twins hitters are in a great spot tonight. The team has one of the highest implied totals of the day (5.34), and they're up against Lucas Harrell, who has been incredibly unimpressive in his career.

Harrell has a career 4.64 SIERA through 92 games (including 66 starts) and is sporting an ugly 4.90 SIERA on the season. He also has an 11.0% walk rate and 15.0% strikeout rate over his career.

He has performed slightly worse against left-handed hitters, allowing a career .338 wOBA with a 4.69 xFIP to southpaws, making this a great matchup for Joe Mauer.

Mauer's best years are behind him, but he has shown that he can still produce. He's slashing .275/.391/.394 with a .340 wOBA against right-handed pitching this year. Hitting in a Twins lineup that should produce plenty of offense and against a pitcher struggling as much as Harrell, Mauer is a great value tonight.
