High-Priced Pitcher

Shane Bieber ($10,600 on FanDuel): Shane Bieber may be the most expensive pitcher of the slate, but he doesn't have the back-breaking salary of some of the top arms we've seen from earlier this week. He enters tonight with both the slate's top SIERA (3.33) and strikeout rate (30.8%), and while his matchup against the Rays is mediocre at best, few have been as consistent as Bieber. Over his last 14 starts, Bieber has allowed more than two earned runs just twice, and one of those times was a mere three runs. Similarly, he's dropped below seven strikeouts only twice over that span, as well. He'll benefit from pitcher-friendly Tropicana Field tonight, further solidifying his floor, and while the opponent theoretically caps his upside, he's proven to be up to the task in recent matchups against teams like the Twins and Angels, exceeding 50 FanDuel points against both earlier this month.
