Baltimore Orioles second baseman Adam Frazier is not in the lineup versus left-hander Tyler Anderson and the Los Angeles Angels in Thursday afternoon's series finale.
The left-handed hitting Frazier will take a breather versus the Angels' southpaw. Joey Ortiz will shift to the keystone while Jorge Mateo starts at shortstop and bats seventh. Gunnar Henderson will drop three spots to hit eighth.
