Jose Ramirez reinstated Tuesday for Guardians
Cleveland Guardians infielder Jose Ramirez will start on third base and bat second in Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Graham Ashcraft and the Cincinnati Reds.
Ramirez is in the lineup for the first time since completing his two-game suspension for an incident that occurred at the beginning of August. Gabriel Arias will move to shortstop on Tuesday and Jose Tena will take a seat. Andres Gimenez will move down a spot and hit third.
numberFire’s models project Ramirez ($3,800) for 14.4 FanDuel points on Tuesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Guardians' implied total is 4.68 and the game total is 9.5. Ashcraft has a weak 5.08 xERA and 16.9% strikeout rate this season.
