Jose Altuve (knee) leading off Wednesday for Astros
Houston Astros infielder Jose Altuve (knee) will start on second base and bat leadoff in Wednesday's series finale against left-hander Jesus Luzardo and the Miami Marlins.
Altuve was pulled early from Tuesday's game due to a knee problem, but he's good to go for the finale. The 33-year-old has hit safely in 16 of 18 games since returning from the injured list.
numberFire’s models project Altuve ($4,400) for 12.4 FanDuel points on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Astros' implied total is only 3.75 and the game total is a pitcher-friendly 7.5. Luzardo has a 3.90 ERA and 4.06 xERA this season, with a 42.7% hard-hit rate, 28.2% strikeout rate, and 6.8% walk rate.
