Eddie Rosario sitting Wednesday for Braves
Atlanta Braves outfielder Eddie Rosario is not in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale against right-hander Jose Quintana and the New York Mets.
Rosario went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run on Tuesday, but he's out of the order Wednesday for the second time in the series. Kevin Pillar will start in left field and hit second while Michael Harris drops to seventh in the lineup.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, the Braves have the highest implied total on the board at 5.72 and the game total is an inviting 10.0. Quintana has a 3.03 ERA and 4.18 xERA through 35 2/3 innings season, with a 31.2% hard-hit rate, career-worst 16.9% strikeout rate, and 9.5% walk rate.
