Royals' Tyler Cropley taking seat Wednesday
Kansas City Royals catcher Tyler Cropley is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Lucas Giolito and the Cleveland Guardians.
Cropley started and went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a strikeout in his MLB debut on Tuesday. Logan Porter will catch for Zack Greinke and hit ninth in Wednesday's matinee.
numberFire’s models project Porter ($2,400) for 6.2 FanDuel points on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Royals' implied total is 3.90 and the game total is 8.5. Giolito has a middling 4.59 ERA and 4.31 xERA this season, but his 26.1% strikeout rate is in the top 71st percentile among qualified pitchers.
