Max Kepler moving to Minnesota bench Thursday
Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler is not in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Luis Medina and the Oakland Athletics.
Kepler went 4-for-4 and scored a run in Wednesday's win, but he will take a seat for the series finale. Trevor Larnach will cover right field and hit seventh.
numberFire’s models project Larnach ($2,800) for 9.7 FanDuel points on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins have the best implied total (5.16) among teams not playing at Coors Field today. Medina has a poor 5.64 ERA and 4.81 xERA in his first MLB season, with a weak 21.7% strikeout rate and high 11.5% walk rate.
