Will Benson batting ninth Monday for Reds
Cincinnati Reds outfielder Will Benson will start in right field and bat ninth in Monday's series opener against left-hander Cristopher Sanchez and the Philadelphia Phillies.
What It Means:
Benson will drop to ninth against a lefty for the second time through four games. In his first matchup against a southpaw this season, Benson went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk, a run scored, and a strikeout.
