Colt Keith sitting Tuesday afternoon for Tigers
Detroit Tigers infielder Colt Keith is not in the lineup for Tuesday afternoon's game against right-hander Jon Gray and the Texas Rangers.
The Tigers will hold Keith out against a righty for the first time this season, after he went 0-for-11 with a walk and 4 strikeouts over the past two games. Zach McKinstry will take over on second base and bat third for Detroit on Tuesday afternoon.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, the Tigers' implied total (3.87) is in the bottom half of the majors today, while the game total (8.0) is also on the lower end of the spectrum.
