Mets' Matt Harvey declares himself completely healthy
New York Mets starting pitcher Matt Harvey (shoulder) said he's completely healthy heading into spring training.
Harvey had his year cut short in 2016 as he required surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome last July but proclaimed full confidence in his health as he arrived in Port St. Lucie, Florida for Mets' spring training. Harvey will be a high-risk pitcher in fantasy as he has pitched in only 46 games the past three seasons.
Harvey made 17 starts in 2016, posting a career-worst 4.86 ERA, 1.47 WHIP, and a 7.4 strikeout per nine rate in 92.2 innings pitched.
