The poor man's Russell Westbrook, reserve point guard Tim Frazier was the fantasy darling in the last month of the 2015-16 season. Jrue Holiday is assumed to retake the starting job if/when he is able to return, but Frazier is good enough to make it a competition or, at the very least, make it a point guard committee.
Frazier has been tearing it up even in the preseason, with averages of 7.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 7 assists over six games. The addition of hot-shot rookie Buddy Hield will help space the floor as Frazier looks to continue his commendable run into the new season.
