Kawhi Leonard, SF, San Antonio Spurs

It really does feel almost unfair how well the San Antonio Spurs seem to be able to develop talent. Kawhi Leonard entered the league as a defensive specialist, and his offensive role and production have grown with each season he has been in the league -- culminating with a 31.2% usage rate this season that ranks 12th in the NBA.

He's always a threat to produce strong peripheral stats, averaging 5.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 2.4 steals per game this year, but his increased offensive output (with 25.0 points per game) really gives him a boost as a fantasy option.

The Los Angeles Lakers are not the terrible defensive unit they were last season, but they are playing at a top-five pace, and Leonard should see plenty of opportunities for fantasy production.
