11. Utah Jazz
With a 65 composite ranking, the Utah Jazz are basically tied for 10th, but unbeknownst to NBA fans today, Utah's defense has been the culprit of their problems. In points allowed per 100 possessions, their 106.2 average ranks 17th among all teams in the past 16 seasons.
In complete contrast to their tough defense and style of play, the Jazz have been much better offensively, ranking eighth in offensive rating and 12th in nERD, with an average of 51.02.
They've still played at a slow pace, but they've benefited from good big men like Carlos Boozer, Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap, to name a few.
