During his time with the Denver Nuggets, Jusuf Nurkic had his moments, but that was nothing compared to his consistency since putting on a Portland Trail Blazers uniform, though.

Moving to the Pacific Northwest has put a bounce in the step of the 22-year-old, and his game has responded. In seven games with Portland, the big man is averaging 14.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. He has posted five 30-plus FanDuel point games -- including four in a row -- with a mean of 33.1 fantasy points per night.

On Thursday, Nurkic gets the best matchup he has seen in a Blazers uniform yet with the Philadelphia 76ers coming to town. The projected total of 221.5 is the second-highest over/under of the night. Without the services of Joel Embiid or Nerlens Noel, the 76ers' defense has disappeared since the All-Star break -- they have posted the third-worst defensive rating (112.4) while giving up the most points in the NBA (116.6) their last seven games.

Add in their weakness down low -- they allow the most fantasy points to opposing centers -- and Nurkic begins to look like a bargain at $6,500.
