Since the season opener, Carroll has topped 30 DraftKings points in six of seven games. The only game in which he didn't was a blowout loss in which he injured his ankle. Outside of that game, he's been a lock for 30, despite a price tag that requires just 27 DraftKings points from him.

One of such games was a 31.75 DraftKings point output against this Phoneix team last week. The over/under in this game is set for 234 points, 8 points more than the next-highest on this three-game slate. This is also the only game without blowout concerns, as the other two games have spreads of 7.5 and 15.5. This is clearly the tilt to target on this slate, and Carroll is one of the safest ways to get exposure to it. He is a near-lock for cash games.
