3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 12/18/17

Even if we ignore the triple-overtime game in which he played more than 50 minutes, Russell Westbrook's recent fantasy numbers are hugely appealing.

It has been over a month since he has played fewer than 35 minutes in a game, and with his 33.9% usage rate, league-leading 48.6% assist rate and 14.8% rebound rate, those big minutes have predictably translated into significant fantasy production.

He has topped 60 FanDuel points in 6 of his 14 games over the past month (including that triple-overtime showing), and his 56.4 FanDuel points per game in that span are the second-most in the NBA in that time.

Westbrook combines that regular 60-fantasy-point upside with a strong floor as he hasn't posted fewer than 43.8 fantasy points in any of those 14 contests.

He brings that success into a plus matchup tonight, taking on a Denver Nuggets squad that has allowed the league's fifth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards while sitting only 24th in defensive rating.
