3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 12/26/17

Despite having an eight-game slate tonight, we're surprisingly short on appealing top-priced players, and if you're not paying up for Drummond, Marc Gasol is another way to get huge upside at the center position.

Another inconsistent fantasy producer this season, Gasol has picked things up lately. He's topped 40 FanDuel points in each of his last four games, averaging 20.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in that stretch.

He's having one of the most well-rounded statistical seasons of his career as well -- his 14.8% total rebound rate is his best since the 2009-10 season, when his assist rate sat at 10.2% and his usage rate at 16.9%, compared to the 21.1% assist rate and career-high 27.7% usage rate he's sporting this year.

As an added bonus, he's continuing to post solid fantasy numbers on the defensive end, too, with a 1.0% steal rate and 3.7% block rate.

Tonight's matchup gives him an especially appealing ceiling. The Memphis Grizzlies, who play at the league's slowest pace, will see plenty of extra possessions against a Phoenix Suns team that plays at the second-fastest pace while also ranking 28th in defensive rating.
