At face value, this isn't a great matchup for Markieff Morris. The Oklahoma City Thunder have been the league's fourth-best defense and, somewhat surprisingly, they've held power forwards to 43.7 FanDuel points per 48 minutes. Carmelo Anthony's turned on the defense while the Thunder have rebounded at the highest rate on the offensive end and the 14th-best rate on the defensive end.

The Thunder allow slightly better production to centers (48.7 FanDuel points per 48), and that's something to consider with Morris. Over the last three games, the Washington Wizards have barely played Marcin Gortat, with Morris soaking up 20 minutes beside Otto Porter and Kelly Oubre. In other words, Morris has played quite a few minutes as a small-ball center.

If the Wizards keep up this trend, Morris could fulfill our expectation as a top-two point-per-dollar guy at his position. He has posted a higher usage (20.1%) rate while averaging more shot attempts (8.7) per game on the road, where he and his squad will do battle with the Thunder this evening.
