3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 3/13/18

The Atlanta Hawks find themselves even more shorthanded in the backcourt than they have been recently, as it was recently announced that Kent Bazemore will miss the remainder of the regular season. With Malcolm Delaney, Jaylen Morris, and DeAndre Bembry already out for the foreseeable future, Tyler Dorsey is left as one of the last healthy Hawks guards.

Dorsey had already averaged 20.1 DraftKings points in 27.5 minutes over his past four games, and with Bazemore out of the picture, he could push for 30 minutes on a regular basis. With Bazemore off the court, Dorsey's rate of DraftKings points per minute is up to 0.77, which would require just 27 minutes to hit the 20.5 DraftKings points required of him at this price tag if he produces at that clip.

As such, it should come as no surprise that our projections have him as the strongest value among players priced above $4,000 today. Dorsey is worth a look in all formats if you’re looking to punt at the guard spot.
