5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 3/20/18
Nerlens Noel, C, Dallas Mavericks
FanDuel Price: $4,900
Projected FanDuel Points: 21.7
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.42
Nerlens Noel sat out last Saturday's game immediately after having his best game of the season, but he should be back tonight. If his recently play is any indication, he should be a high-upside target at his price.
Since returning from injury under a month ago, Noel has played 25 or more minutes just twice. In the first, he went for 30.8 FanDuel points, and then he posted 41.7 fantasy points in 27 minutes versus the Toronto Raptors this past Friday. In case you're not sold on him playing that many minutes, consider he's coming off of three days of rest and that the Mavs will be without Salah Mejri for tonight's contest.
While the Pelicans have been playing Anthony Davis at center quite frequently, they've played a lot of two-big lineups with Davis at the four and Emeka Okafor at the five. As a matter of fact, the two have shared the floor for 58 minutes (14.5 per game) in the last four. That bodes well for Noel getting on the floor alongside guys like Powell and Dirk Nowitzki for long stretches, all but guaranteeing him a solid workload on Tuesday.
