3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 3/29/18

Russell Westbrook has seen a particularly big workload recently, topping 35.5 minutes in each of his last eight games, averaging 36.2 per game with a 31.6% usage rate in that stretch. He has had no trouble turning that workload into production, either, averaging a triple-double with 25.3 points, 10.8 boards and 10.3 assists, good for 53.3 FanDuel points per game.

He ranks third in the NBA in FanDuel points per minute this season (1.48), and getting that big, consistent playing time does wonders for both his floor and ceiling.

In what has been the refrain of this column today, he doesn't draw a great matchup, taking on the Spurs. San Antonio has looked a bit more vulnerable on the defensive end recently than we've come to expect from them, though, ranking seventh in defensive rating since the All-Star break compared to third on the full season. They have also played at an increased pace recently, going from the second-slowest team on the season compared to only the 11th-slowest since the All-Star break, giving opponents a few more possessions per game to pick up fantasy points.
