3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 3/29/18
Myles Turner, C, Indiana Pacers
DraftKings Salary: $5,800
Myles Turner has been bad lately. Like, really bad. He's shooting 23.7% from the floor over his past four games, and that's an insanely low clip for a center.
His recent cold stretch offers us an opportunity to buy-low on the talented youngster in a terrific spot against the Sacramento Kings. His price tag has been lower than this just once all season. It has dropped $1,000 over the past eight days, and he now needs just 29 DraftKings points to reach value (5 points per every $1,000 in salary). He has hit that mark in 48.3% of his games this season, and he has hit six-times value on today's salary in 31.0% of game. That number is the one that really stands out -- as Bradley Beal is the only other player priced above $5,500 that has hit six-times value in over 30% of his games. That type of cheap upside is exactly what we are looking for in tournaments.
If ever there was a bounce-back spot to target Turner, it is tonight against the Sacramento Kings, who have allowed the fourth-most DraftKings points to opposing centers. He is an excellent salary-saving option in tournaments.
