3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 10/16/18
Kevin Durant, SF, Golden State Warriors
Price: $10,600
Here we go back to that Warriors-Thunder matchup, which boasts a big 222.0 over/under, 13 points higher than Tuesday's other game.
Like Curry, Kevin Durant put up solid fantasy production when taking on an Andre Roberson-less Thunder defense, averaging 46.2 fantasy points per game in those three meetings.
Durant's numbers last year got a bit of a boost from playing 25 games without Steph Curry, as he averaged 49.9 FanDuel points per game in those contests compared to 45.3 when Curry played. 45.3 would still be good for the second-most of anybody on tonight's slate (behind only Westbrook), so it's certainly nothing to scoff at.
Durant did see a slightly lower usage rate than Curry when both played last year but still posted a mark north of 28%, so we don't need to be worried about his offensive workload.
One area we could also see an increase in production is on the glass, as Draymond Green is expected to play on a minutes limit tonight. Last season, Durant posted a 12.8% total rebound rate in minutes played with Green off the floor, compared to 10.1% with Green on.
KD is our third-highest projected fantasy option for tonight.
