Alex Len, C, Atlanta Hawks
DraftKings Price: $4,400
Heading into the season, Atlanta Hawks center Alex Len wasn't really supposed to be much of a factor on the team. John Collins was set for a breakout season, and Dewayne Dedmon was set to take another step forward from his surprisingly strong 2017-18.
Collins, of course, is still waiting to take the court for his first game, and Dedmon injured his ankle in early September, paving the way for Len to join the starting lineup. While Dedmon came back, Len stuck in the starting lineup, and he has a chance to be an even bigger part of the game plan tonight as Dedmon is out for personal reasons.
In the nine games he's played with Dedmon, Len is averaging just 19.1 DraftKings points in 19.4 minutes per game. When Dedmon is out, those numbers jump to 27.8 DraftKings points in 26.7 minutes, respectively.
At only $4,400, he's a bargain in a game that is set to be the highest-scoring of the short three-game slate. We project him to take advantage and score 27.1 DraftKings points in just over 27 minutes of run.
