NBA Market Share Report: Riding Nikola Vucevic in a Contract Year
Is Myles Turning the Corner?
It’s been a rough start to what many hoped would be a bounce back year for Myles Turner, but things may be looking up as of late.
Turner is averaging 35 FanDuel points per game over his last ten, which also happens to include a 15-point stinker against the Los Angeles Lakers last week. He’s hit five-times value in seven of those contests, including four games of at least six-times value. And over that span, an average salary of just $6,170 has made Turner an even more friendly and attractive option.
If you were high on Turner to start the season, his recent run is great news and perfect reason to hop on board while the lower salary lasts. If, however, you prefer to test the waters and hold off for consistency, perhaps that’s a fair approach too.
Whichever side you happen to fall, few would argue that Turner can’t be a top-ten producer at his position, and it feels like he’s knocking on the door. Take advantage of cashing on value during the potential uptrend rather than being late to the party and paying up.
The Pacers take on the Magic tonight, followed by the Kings, Wizards, and Bucks next week.
