Karl-Anthony Towns has always been a bit volatile for a top-tier fantasy stud. When you're paying way up you're often getting players who give you almost no chance of a true bust of a score, with a floor around 40 or 50 FanDuel points.

That's not KAT, though. And for our purposes, that's a good thing. We've seen him post 30.3 FanDuel points in three of his last six games alone, which keeps his price down a tier from the top, even though his upside is right in line with those players.

In addition to his three duds, his last six games also include performances of 58.2, 61.4 and 78.9 fantasy points. If we extend our view back to his last 12, he adds another 4 games with at least 69 FanDuel points, and one with 90.1 -- the highest single-game score for any player this year.

He brings that upside into an incredible matchup tonight as well. He just cooked the Phoenix Suns for 61.4 fantasy points in his last game, and with their combination of a 28th-ranked defensive rating and 29th-ranked rebound rate, this game shouldn't look much different.
