Kyle Korver, SG, Utah Jazz
FanDuel Price: $4,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 13.2
Projected FanDuel Value: 2.92
While the Utah Jazz are likely to have Dante Exum back with the team tonight for the first time since January 5, they will not have the services of either Ricky Rubio or Raul Neto, both of whom have already been ruled out. As such, we should expect shooting guard Kyle Korver to see 25 to 30 minutes of run when the team hosts the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Korver, who saw 25 or more minutes just once in February, has hit or exceeded that playing time in all four of the Jazz's March contests. Korver has put up at least 12 points in four out of his past five games, due -- not surprisingly -- to a lot of three-point shooting.
Korver's value is heavily tied to his deep shooting as he puts up only a smattering of peripheral stats. Korver has jacked up at least 10 threes in three out of his past five games, hitting 17-of-40 shots from deep in that span, including a 6-for-10 effort against the Denver Nuggets on the last day of February.
Because he relies so heavily on scoring, he's not very reliable in daily fantasy. The extra minutes certainly help, but his output swings too much to rely on him in cash games. Tournaments, on the other hand, are a different matter, and he deserves strong consideration at his $4,500 price tag, especially after scoring more than 25.0 FanDuel points in three out of his past five.
