3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 3/14/19
Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets
Price: $10,200
Ranking only one spot behind Westbrook in fantasy efficiency this season, Nikola Jokic doesn't see the most consistent minutes, but that doesn't hurt his ceiling.
His semi-regular games with sub-40 FanDuel points keep him priced nice and low, but he's also topped 50 in seven of his last 13, with at least 60 in two of those. His 13 games with at least 60 FanDuel points are the seventh-most for any player this season, and he's also one of only seven players to top 70 at least three times.
He's been dealing with a bunch of blowouts lately, having seen four of his last eight games decided by at least 15 points, so that has deflated both his playing time and production. There's definitely more blowout risk tonight, with the Denver Nuggets favored by 11.5 points against the Dallas Mavericks, but considering the way he's been producing through all of the recent blowouts, that's not as much of a concern as it might be for some other players.
The hyper-efficient Jokic should be even more efficient than usual tonight against a Mavs team that ranks 29th in the NBA in both defensive rating and rebound rate since the All-Star break.
