3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 3/21/19

We have an embarrassment of riches as far as stud centers go on this slate, but even still, it's tough to ignore Nikola Jokic at this price in such a sweet matchup.

The Wiz rank 26th in defensive rating and 29th in rebound rate on the season, and they've allowed the eighth-most FanDuel points per minute to opposing centers.

The Joker doesn't always have an elite floor thanks to how often the Nuggets are involved in minute-limiting blowouts. His upside, however, is among the league's best, and he showed it with 59.1 FanDuel points in his last outing -- only the second-best mark in his last 10 games. He's sixth in the NBA in FanDuel points per minute, and when he's getting run, he's always a threat to do damage.

Low minutes are certainly a concern tonight, with the Nuggets favored by 8.0 points against Washington. There are two reasons we can afford to tolerate that tonight, though. Even with all the blowouts, Jokic has no fewer than 36 FanDuel points in any of his last 15 games, and the efficiency boost he stands to see against the Wizards means his floor is really not all that bad. And his upside in such a juicy matchup is high enough that we can afford to take on some additional risk, as well.

You can be forgiven for going with a safer option in cash games (though I do think he's still worth a look there), but in tournaments. his upside is especially appealing.
