The Boston Celtics will also be short-handed, having already ruled out Kyrie Irving for tonight's meeting with the Cleveland Cavaliers. They've also listed Al Horford and Jayson Tatum as questionable, and while either of those two sitting could open up some additional usage, that's a secondary consideration when we look at Marcus Smart.

Averaging only 21.8 DraftKings points in 27.1 minutes per game when Kyrie plays this season, Smart's numbers have jumped to 28.0 DraftKings points in 30.1 minutes per game in 11 contests sans Irving. That has come with a significant increase in usage rate, as well, from 13.8% to 18.0%

At this price, he'd be in play in any matchup with Irving on the shelf, but taking on the Cavs makes him that much more valuable. Owners of the league's worst defensive rating, Cleveland has also allowed the NBA's second-most DraftKings points per game to opposing point guards as well as above-average numbers to shooting guards.
