Rodney Hood, SG/SF, Portland Trail Blazers
DraftKings Price: $3,900
Oh -- you didn't believe me? Yup, I'm still on the Blazers kick.
The third and final Blazer of the night is relative newcomer Rodney Hood. Hood came to the Blazers at the trade deadline, and he's been hit or miss for the team since he's arrived, though he's becoming increasingly involved.
Hood scored 20.0 or more DraftKings points just once in his first nine games with the team. He's done that four times in his past eight games, including each of the past two.
Hood relies on scoring for his fantasy relevance; he's had no more than three rebounds or assists in a game since joining Portland. With a Lillard-McCollum tandem, that's not necessarily something the Blazers often have a need for. With McCollum out, however, Hood, along with Curry, can take on more of that role. We project him for 20.1 DraftKings points tonight, returning a value of 5.2 points per $1,000 at his $3,900 salary.
