NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Saturday 11/25/17
If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.
With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.
We'll also be coming at you with this primer every day, breaking down a few of the day's top plays at each price point.
Let's take a look at who you should target on today's main slate.
Best of the Best
Anthony Davis (FanDuel Price: $11,000) - The New Orleans Pelicans have been on a roll, winning their last three games. As always, Davis has played a crucial role, averaging 29.3 points, 11.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 blocks per game in that span. He has two games of at least 50 FanDuel points during the three-game streak, and he was on track for a third before sitting out the fourth quarter in Friday's blowout of the Phoenix Suns, finishing with 38.8 FD points in just 25 minutes. Saturday will be a tad tougher for the Pels as they face the Golden State Warriors. The matchup is expected to be the highest-scoring game of the night, and Davis is in a spot to run wild against a Dubs squad allowing the eighth-most FD points to power forwards. When the two teams played earlier this season, the Brow went off for 68.5 FD points.
