NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Sunday 11/26/17
If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.
With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.
We'll also be coming at you with this primer every day, breaking down a few of the day's top plays at each price point.
Let's take a look at who you should target on today's main slate, which starts at 3:30 pm EST and has just 3 games.
Best of the Best
Marc Gasol (FanDuel Price: $9,200) - In Gasol's last game, he posted a season-high 14 assists as the big man's role as playmaker in the Memphis Grizzlies' offense continues to grow with Mike Conley out of action. The Spaniard has averaged 6.8 assists with a 28.7% usage rate in the five games sans Conley after posting 3.3 dimes per game and a 27.7% usage rate with the point guard playing. The added responsibility has left the center with some big fantasy nights. Across his last five outings, has three performances of at least 45 FanDuel points, including a 71.2-FD-point barrage. With the Brooklyn Nets and their undersized frontcourt coming to town on Sunday, Gasol is in line for a big day as the Nets allow opposing centers to score 1.2 FD points per minute, the third-most in the league.
