LeBron James (groin) out for Lakers until at least January 11
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (left groin) will be re-evaluated in one week.
That will sideline James for at least the next four games, with his earliest return coming next Friday, January 11, on the road against the Utah Jazz. In an official statement, the Lakers said James is undergoing daily treatment and making steady progress toward a return. Josh Hart should continue to draw starts in the meantime.
LeBron is averaging 50.5 FanDuel points through 34 games this season, with 27.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.7 blocks, and 2.0 triples per contest.
