Rockets' Christian Wood rolls ankle again

Houston Rockets forward/center Christian Wood rolled his ankle during Thursday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

What It Means:

Wood stepped on Ja Morant's foot on a fastbreak and badly rolled his ankle for the second time this season. He had to be helped off the court by teammates and was taken to the locker room in a wheelchair. Wood will likely be out for an extended period, so look for DeMarcus Cousins to be a lot more involved. He averaged 15.3 points, 14.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.8 blocks, and 2.5 3-pointers in four starts earlier this year in place of Wood.

Wood is averaging 41.8 FanDuel points per game and ranks 19th in the NBA in total rebound percentage (17.3). Boogie is averaging 45.5 FanDuel points per game as a starter this season.
