Killian Hayes (thumb) now ruled out for Pistons Sunday
Detroit Pistons guard Killian Hayes will not play Sunday in the team's game against the Los angeles Lakers.
What It Means:
Once Hayes was downgraded to doubtful, this was expected. It's unclear when he'll be able to return, but a thumb sprain for a point guard is especially tricky. Cory Joseph will likely earn a start in the backcourt.
