No minutes restriction for Marcus Smart (ankle) in Game 7 versus Heat Sunday
Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka said that point guard Marcus Smart (ankle) would not have a minutes restriction against the Miami Heat Sunday.
What It Means:
Smart has been dealing with a sprained ankle injury, but will play through it with no plans to limit his minutes in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Our models now have him projected for 40.2 minutes in the most important game of the year.
Those projections also have Smart slated for 31.7 fantasy points, with 13.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 5.7 assists.
