Thomas Bryant traded from Lakers to Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets are acquiring center Thomas Bryant from the Los Angeles Lakers for shooting guard Davon Reed and three second-round picks.
Bryant became expendable following the Lakers' recent acquisitions of Rui Hachimura and Jarred Vanderbilt. He will likely replace DeAndre Jordan as the Nuggets' primary starting center. Zeke Nnaji could also lose some frontcourt minutes to Bryant.
Bryant averaged 23.3 FanDuel points in 21.3 minutes per game for the Lakers this season, yielding a solid 1.09 FanDuel points per minute. He also recorded a career-best total rebound rate (17.1%) and led the league with a 71.2 true shooting percentage.
