Max Christie (ankle) doubtful Friday for Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers guard Max Christie (ankle) is doubtful for Friday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Christie started in place of D'Angelo Russell (knee) on Thursday night and then left early with an ankle injury. Russell is expected to return to the starting lineup for the second leg of the Lakers' back-to-back.
numberFire's models project Russell for 34.3 minutes and 33.4 FanDuel points on Friday. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Lakers' implied total (115.0) is No. 9 out of 12 active teams today, while the game total (246.5) is the highest on the board.
