Grizzlies' Scotty Pippen Jr. (back) unavailable Wednesday
Memphis Grizzlies guard Scotty Pippen Jr. (back) is out for Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets.
Pippen injured his back in Monday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. He will sit out the Grizzlies' last game before the All-Star break, but Pippen should be back when the league resumes play next week. Jacob Gilyard and Jordan Goodwin will likely take on the bulk of Pippen's playing time on Wednesday night.
numberFire's models project Gilyard for 19.9 minutes and 16.9 FanDuel points on Wednesday. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Grizzlies' implied total (108.0) is No. 22 out of 26 active teams today, while the game total (219.0) is second-lowest on the board.
