Deron Williams is out Sunday and Monday for Dallas
Dallas Mavericks guard Deron Williams (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday against the San Antonio Spurs and Monday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Williams reportedly can't put any pressure on his foot and it's not a good sign he has already been ruled out through Monday. Seth Curry followed up his 20-point performance on Wednesday with 11 points in a start on Thursday, while Pierre Jackson had nine points and four assists in 13 minutes before getting hurt. Look for Curry and Devin Harris to pick up playing time while Williams is on the shelf.
Williams is averaging 13.5 points and 7.1 assists over 30.1 minutes per game this season. He has a .501 effective field goal percentage and a -1.1 nERD.
