Nuggets' Nikola Jokic (ankle) ruled out Sunday against Pacers
According to Mile High Sports' T.J. McBride, Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Indiana Pacers.
Jokic has been consistently ruled out well ahead of game-time. He hasn't played since spraining his ankle nine days ago, and it's clear that the Nuggets will be careful with rushing him back. Mason Plumlee and Kenneth Faried will continue to step up in his absence.
Prior to being ruled out, Jokic was projected for 29.4 minutes and 40.2 FanDuel points in the matchup with the Pacers. Our models have him down for averages of 36 minutes, 23.6 points, 10.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game the rest of the season.
