Warriors' Stephen Curry (ankle) progressing well, will be re-evaluated in one week
Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry (ankle) is making positive progress in his recovery from an ankle sprain and will be re-evaluated in one week.
Curry has been out since December 4 with a sprained ankle. He was examined by the medical staff on Tuesday who indicated the ankle is healing well with Curry able to take part in on-court workouts starting this week. They will re-examine the ankle next week before setting a timetable for a return to game action. He remains likely out until early-January at best.
Curry has averaged 45.1 FanDuel points per game this season and is projected by our models for 26.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 7.6 assists, and 1.9 steals per game the rest of the year.
