Lou Williams scores a career-high 50 points as Clippers crush Warriors
Los Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams exploded for a career-high 50 points on 16-of-27 shooting (including 8-of-16 from 3-point range and 10-of-10 from the free-throw line), adding 7 assists and 2 rebounds in 35.1 minutes of action as the Clippers cruised to a 19-point win over the Golden State Warriors.
Sweet Lou is playing a huge offensive role this season for a Clippers team that has been decimated by injury. Three of his five career games with at least 40 points have come this season, and he's averaging a career-best 22.9 points to go with 4.9 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game.
numberFire's models project Williams to cool off with 21.4 points, 5.0 assists and 2.7 boards in 31.1 minutes of action against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday.
