Dave Joerger: Kings will rest two veterans every game rest of way
Sacramento Kings head coach Dave Joerger said that he will be resting two veterans in every game going forward.
The new policy apparently started in Monday's 95-88 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, as Zach Randolph and Vince Carter both received a breather. With the youth movement now taking full effect in Sacramento, that could also mean random rest days for George Hill, Garrett Temple, and Kosta Koufos, in addition to Z-Bo and Carter.
The Kings are at the very bottom of numberFire's NBA Team Power Rankings, checking in at 29th on offense and 30th on defense.
