Celtics' Marcus Smart (hand) to be sidelined two weeks
According to USA Today's Jared Weiss, Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart will be out approximately two weeks after suffering a hand laceration on Wednesday.
Smart suffered a freak accident at the team hotel in Los Angeles and was unable to take the floor against the Clippers. Various reports are now saying that Smart suffered the laceration by swiping at a picture frame on the wall of his hotel room. Smart said, "I'm embarrassed and disappointed in my actions" as he apologized to fans. Terry Rozier and Shane Larkin should see more burn while he's out, with Jaylen Brown playing more shooting guard than small forward.
Through 46 games (10 starts), Smart is averaging 24.1 FanDuel points with 10.1 points, 4.7 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game.
